Description: This program will introduce veteran and novice elevating work platform operators to the different types of lifts, the hazards and legal obligations when operating a lift. Participants will receive instruction on how to safely operate a lift and demonstrate their skill and knowledge through a practical segment. This program is run over two days. Day 1 is in-class theory where participants will take part in active lectures and use worksheets to faciltate a review of the content. Day 2 has a hands-on practical demonstration. PPE Required: Please bring hard hat, safety boots, safety glasses NO LUNCH PROVIDED FOR THIS COURSE. PARTICIPANTS WILL BE PROVIDED A TIME SLOT TO RETURN FOR THE PRACTICAL PORTION. PPE Required: Please bring hard hat, safety boots, safety glasses. Fee: Members: A No Show/Cancellation fee will be levied if there is less than 24 hour notice of cancellation or if there is a "No Show" for the course. Course Expires: 3 Years Min. Class Size: 6
